摘 要:随着非线性负载在配电系统中的大量使用,低压配电网的三相不平衡、无功功率和谐波污染问题日益严重,有源电力滤波器以其优良的性能成为电力谐波抑制和无功补偿的重要手段,因而基于单位功率因数的控制方法,研制了一种高性能的四桥臂三相四线制有源电力滤波器。同时提出了一种只需检测电源输入电流及逆变器直流电容电压,而无需实时检测、计算负载谐波电流,直接控制电源电流为与电网电压同相的标准正弦波的控制方法,并对其稳态及动态行为进行了详尽分析;补偿电流的控制策略采用比例积分控制和三角波调制。以此研制了一台10kVA四桥臂三相四线制有源电力滤波器实验样机,理论分析、仿真及实验结果均证明了该有源电力滤波器可有效地补偿三相四线制系统中的谐波、无功功率和三相不平衡,系统控制简单,动态响应快,补偿效果好。Active power filter becomes an important instrument for compensating harmonics and reactive component resorts to its excellent performance. Accordingly,a high performance three-phase four-wire active power filter with four bridge legs was designed based on the unity power factor control. A new control method is proposed that only needs to detect the line current of the power supply and the voltage of the capacitor at the DC side of the inverter, without detecting and calculating the harmonic current of the load, which can make the line current of the power supply to be standard sine wave , the same phase as the network voltage. Its steady and dynamic behaviors are analyzed in details. The control strategy of compensate current are the PI control and the triangle wave modulation. A 10 kVA experiment prototype of three-phase four-wire active power filter with four bridge legs was designed. Both the theory analysis and the results of simulation & experiment demonstrate that the active power filter can compensate the neutral line current, harmonics, reactive component and three-phase unbalance in transient state and steady state effectively. Its control is very simple, and the good real-time performance and dynamic performance are also verified by simulation and experiment.
