蒙药中间锦鸡儿的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:制定蒙药中间锦鸡儿的质量标准,为蒙药中间锦鸡儿的合理利用和质量控制提供评价标准及科学依据。方法:对5个不同产地的中间锦鸡儿进行性状及显微特征观测;用薄层层析法以β-谷甾醇为对照品进行鉴别;用水分测定法和灰分测定法和浸出物测定法等进行相应的检查;采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品在510nm测定其总黄酮含量。结果:5个不同产地的中间锦鸡儿在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;水分含量均在7.0%以下,总灰分均在10.0%以下,酸不溶性灰分均在1.0%以下,醇溶性浸出物含量均在13.0%以上;总黄酮的含量均在0.2%以上。结论:通过研究制定了蒙药中间锦鸡儿的质量控制标准。OBJECFIVE To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of mogolian medicinal herb Caragana interrnedia by setting up the quality control criteria of C, intermedia. METHODS Characteristics and micro-features of 5 Mogolian medicinal herb Caragana intermedia samples from different habitats were observed. The samples were identified by TLC with β-sitosterol as reference. The samples were examined by moisture measuring, ash determination and extract mensuration method. UV spectrophotometry was developed to determinate total contents of flavonoids at 510 run using rutin as a standard compound. RESULTS The 5 samples from different habitats presented the spots of the same colors with the controi chromatogram at the corresponding position. The water content is below 7.0%, the average content of ash is less than 10.0% and acid insoluble ash is under 1.0%. Ethanol soluble extraction is above 13. 0% and total flavones is more than 0. 2%. CONCLUSION The methods developed in this experiment can be used for the quality control of C. intermedia.
