摘 要:区域间可用传输容量是保障系统安全的指标之一。结合安全经济调度和连续潮流方法,建立了电力市场环境下区域间可用传输容量计算的新方法。在连续潮流计算过程中,每步迭代以购电费用最低为优化目标,以断面(线路)有功潮流最大为迭代方向。该方法不仅具有常规连续潮流方法的优点,而且增加的优化环节能够实现有功优化,同时又具有较好的收敛性和计算速度,计算结果更贴近系统运行的实际情况,帮助引导电力交易。最后以算例验证了该计算方法的可行性和优越性。Available transmission capacity (ATC) is one of the key indexes of power system security. Combining securityconstrained economic dispatch (SCED) with continuous power flow (CPF), a new algorithm of ATC calculation in a power market environment is proposed. In the process of CPF calculation, minimizing electricity purchasing cost is taken as the optimization target in each iteration step, and maximizing line power flow as CPF calculating object. While having the advantages of conventional CPF calculation method, this algorithm can also optimize the active power through the optimization process introduced to it. At the same time, it has good convergence and computing speed, and the calculation results are closer tO the actual system operation situation. It helps guide the power transactions. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm has been verified by practical example.
