摘  要:基于大功率低速永磁直驱风力发电系统高可靠性要求,以背靠背载波移相并联双脉宽调制(PWM)变流器作为永磁直驱风力发电功率变换单元,对变流器冗余性、并联特性、输出开关纹波特性进行了分析设计。重点针对载波移相并联单元间存在的环流问题进行了分析,提出了一种低频环流抑制方案。另外,采用基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为辅助处理器的控制器方案实现载波移相并联控制。经过实验验证了所述变流器在可靠性、环流抑制性能、谐波特性,以及硬件实现等方面均能较好地满足系统要求,可适用于低速永磁直驱发电系统。To meet the high reliability requirements of high-power direct-driven wind turbine, the back-to-back carrier phase shifting parallel dual PWM converter is used as the power exchange unit of permanent magnet direct-driven wind turbine. Its characteristics of redundancy, modularization, and reduced switching ripple are analyzed. The circular current between the carrier phase shifting parallel converters are analyzed, and a new method to suppress low order harmonic circular current is proposed. Furthermore, the implementation of the power converter controller based on FPGA to realize the carrier phase shifting parallel control is given. The experiments show that the proposed converter can satisfy the system demands of reliability, circulation current control, spectrum of output current and the hardware implementation, and is suitable for the direct-driven wind turbine.
