摘　　要：分析了ZL26滤棒成型机的电控系统,介绍了S7-300PLC和Profibus-DP现场总线在ZL26滤棒成型机中的应用,控制原理及运行方式。将S7-300PLC和Profibus-DP总线技术成功的应用于滤棒成型机中,增强了机组的控制精度与可靠性,大大减少了由于控制精度不够以及可靠性不高引起的非正常停机次数和停机时间,节约了丝束,提高了机器的运行效率。Analysis of the ZL26 Filter rod maker electronic control system,introduced the S7-300 PLC and Profibus-DP fieldbus in ZL26 Filter rod maker application,control theory and operation mode.The S7-300 PLC and Profibus-DP bus technology used in the success of Filter rod maker,the enhanced unit control precision and reliability,significantly reduced as a result of the control accuracy and reliability was not high enough caused the number of non-normal shutdown and downtime savings tow,improved the operating efficiency of the machine.
