摘  要:本文旨在观察二硫化碳(CS2)对接触工人促性腺激素和生精功能的影响。工人工作地点CS2平均浓度(几何均数)为32.60±5.14mg/m3,约高于国家容许浓度2倍,对18例长期接触超标浓度的CS2作业工人进行了血清睾酮(T),促黄体生成素(LH),间质细胞刺激素(FSH)测定,观察16名工人精液的某些参数。结果表明:CS2接触组血清中LH和FSH浓度与对照组比较,显著升高,P<0.01;而CS2组精子计数、血清T浓度与对照组相比,明显降低,P<0.05。畸形率高于对照组,但无统计学意义,本研究结果表明,CS2对接触工人性腺内分泌功能已造成一定的损伤,并降低生精功能。The effect of carbon disulfide on gonadotropins and the spermatogenesis in workers exposed to CS_2 was studiedThe mean concentration of CS_2 in workplace was 32.60±5.14mg/m3,which was 3 fold higher than the maximal allowance concentration of national standardThe serum testosterone(T)、follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in 18 workers and some parameters of semen in 16 workers were measuredThe results showed:serum T level in CS2 group(1748±341mmol/L) was significantly lower than that of control (2307±551mmol/L),P<005In addition,LH(829±123IU/L)、FSH(752±281IU/L) in CS2 group were significantly higher than those in control,which were 559±086IU/L and 395±109IU/L respectively,P<001Sperm count in workers of CS2 group was decreased when compared with that of control,P<005The frequency of abnormal sperms in morphology was higher than that of control,but there was no statistical significanceThe results suggested that both the endocrine functions and gonad organ were disturbed in workers exposed to higher level of CS2,consequestly the spermatogenesis was decreased
