摘 要:在常规沥青混合料中掺入导电相材料,可制备出电学性能优良,用于路面融雪除冰的沥青路面材料。以石墨为导电相材料,以SMA沥青混合料为基体,配制导电SMA路面材料,研究石墨掺杂导电SMA的导电机理及电热性能。户外融雪试验表明:导电SMA混合料在一定输入电压下发热,可有效融化路面冰雪,消除冰雪灾害对于交通运输的不利影响。Conductive SMA mixture produced by adding conductive paste material to mixture is a kind of asphalt pavement material with excellent electrical performance, which can be used for snow melting and deicing. Electrically conductive mechanism and electrothermal performance of conductive SMA mixture prepared by using graphite as conductive particle was discussed in this paper. Researches show that: because of the combined action of conductive pathway, tunneling effect and field emission, electrically conductive asphalt mixtures has remarkably percolation phenomenon, temperature sensitive characteristic and voltampere characteristic of conductive SMA could be explained according to this theory. Electrothermal test testifies that: graphite content, input voltage and external environment temperature were the main factors influence the heat generation efficiency of conductive specimen. Outdoor snow melting test shows: when connected to certain input voltage, electrically conductive SMA mixtures with suitable graphite content, can used for snow melting and deicing.
