摘 要:以导电石墨粉、B2O3-ZnO-BaO-SiO2系玻璃粉和不同性能的混合溶剂组成的有机载体制备了无铅石墨导电浆料。结果表明当有机载体占50%,玻璃粉占25%,导电石墨占25%,烧结温度(590±10)℃时,可获得烧结膜致密光洁,分布均匀,性能良好的无铅石墨导电浆料。The lead-free conductive graphite pastes were prepared by using conductive graphite powder, B203-ZnO-BaO- SiO2 glass powder and organic carriers that are composed of mixing solvents of different properties. The result shows that when there are 50% organic carriers, 25% glass powder, 25% conductive graphite, and a sintering temperature of (590 ± 10) ℃, the lead-free conductive graphite paste produced has very good properties as well as a sintered film that is both smooth and com- pact.
