摘 要:针对在复合材料成型工艺方法确定中,当评判指标过多时,模糊评判结果不合理及指标权值不易确定的特点,通对复合材料制件的特征、成型方法、制造资源的分析,以可制造性、生产成本、生产周期为基础,采用分层法构造了一个基于模糊数学的树形分级多目标评估体系模型。利用粗糙集理论对评判指标进行约简,采用等价闭包法和信息熵理论进行指标的权值确定,最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。In order to solve the problems including evaluation result is unreasonable and weight value of evaluate features is difficult to determine when the evaluate features are too many, the features of composite products, composite processing method and dynamic characters of manufacturing resources were analyzed, a fuzzy comprehensive dendriform evaluation model is presented based on the product manufacturability, manufacturing cost and production cycle by analytic hierarchy process. Reduction theory of rough set is utilized to reduce the evaluate features and the weight values is determined by using equivalence closure and entropy. Finally, a ease study shows that the decision method is feasible and efficient.
