越冬疗养对煤工尘肺患者气短的影响

摘　　要：气短是煤工尘肺患者生命质量评价的重要指标之一。本文对６７例参加越冬疗养的Ｉ期煤工尘肺患者和７０例对照进行调查发现，越冬疗养能明显缓解尘肺患者的气短程度，从而有效地提高尘肺患者的生命质量。Dyspnoea is regarded as one of the important assessment indices for the quality of life of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis(CWP) patients67 CWP patients with I stage and 70 controls all participating in the winter sanatorium treatment program were studiedThe result showed that the degree of dyspnoea were obviously alleviated under that program,consequently improved the quality of life of CWP patients
