摘 要:基于几何光学原理和计算机视觉技术,研究了一种旋转物体平面参数的非接触测量方法。利用激光照射到被测物体表面上,经被测物体表面反射的光线照射到一个专门设计的接收屏上形成光斑,然后用CCD摄像机采集光斑的运动轨迹图像并通过数字图像处理获得光斑的位移变化量,最后根据光斑的位移变化量确定物体平面参数,实现非接触测量。研究建立了测量旋转物体平面参数的数学模型,研制了相应的实验测量系统和光斑采集系统,开发了处理光斑的运动轨迹图像并提取光斑位移变化量的软件。通过与电涡流传感器的测量对比表明,提出的旋转物体平面参数的非接触测量方法是可行的,建立的测量模型是正确的,为平面参数测量提出了一种新方法。A non-contact measurement method of rotating object plane parameters was researched based on the geometrical optics principle and computer vision technology. By using laser reflecting from the surface of the measured object, the reflex in the receiver forming spot, adopting C/2;D camera and data acquisition software, a image acquiring system was built up, the displacement variable of spot was gained by data image processing. A mathematic model of rotating object plane parameter was set up, and an experiment measurement system and the spot acquiring and processing system were developed. Through the comparison with the eddy current sensor, it proves that the measurement model, which is put forward in this article, is correct and the method is feasible so that a new method of plane parameter measurement is originated.
