摘 要:采用水热法制备了多种ZnO花簇晶体,以Zn(Ac)2.2H2O和ZnCl2为前驱物,加入浓氨水、丁胺和NaOH等矿化剂,通过添加有机溶剂乙醇、乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)调节并控制了目标花簇状晶体形貌。结果表明,氨和胺是制备花簇状晶体形貌的有效矿化剂,后者能明显提高晶体的聚集度;乙醇和乙二醇辅助剂能够有效地调控晶体各晶面生长,使花簇状晶体呈现不同的形貌特征。此外,探讨了氨和胺对花簇状氧化锌晶体生长的影响机理。In this study, various ZnO flower cluster crystallite have been synthesized by hydrothermal method, Zn(Ac)2· 2H20 and ZnCl2 were employed as precursor, mineralizers such as strong ammonia, butyl amine and NaOH were added, Ethanol, Ethylene Glycol and Polyacrylamide (PAM) were introduced to regulating goal morphology. The results show that ammonia and amine are effective mineralizers in synthesizing ZnO flower cluster crystallite, the latter one can significantly improve aggregation degree. Assistant agent as Ethanol and Ethylene Glycol could remarkably modulate growth of crystal plane, which makes the ZnO flower cluster presents distinct morphologies. Moreover, mechanism of ZnO crystal growth in the presence of ammonia and amine are also discussed.
