新型乳浊釉制备及其微观结构研究

摘　　要：生态乳浊釉是一种能够施在主要由固体废弃物制备的陶瓷保温砖坯体上的遮盖力强的釉料。以黄河泥沙为主要原料制备陶瓷坯体,釉料配方中采用价格低廉的磷灰石取代或部分取代锆英石作为乳浊剂制备磷乳浊釉和磷锆复合乳浊釉。采用DTA、XRD和SEM等测试技术分析探讨了乳浊机理。结果表明,添加了磷灰石的锆乳浊釉白度、光泽增加,乳浊度显著提高,磷灰石的引入引起釉玻璃体分相。New opacified glaze is one of the glazes with strong masking power, which is used in the thermal insulating ceramic bricks; body mainly made from waste materials. In this paper, ceramic body was mostly prepared by the Yellow River silt, and the cheaper apatite replacing zircon as opacifying agent was used to prepare phosphate opaque glaze and zircon and phosphate opaque glaze. What＇s more, the opacification mechanics was investigated by means of DTA,XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the whiteness, the glaze surface glassiness and the corresponding opacity of the zircon opaque glaze added apatite can be observably improved, and the phases separation are created due to the addition of the apatite.
