摘　　要：首先从光波导理论论述了测定光纤中光信号传播速度的理论基础、提出了具有创意的用异或逻辑电路和双斜式积分数字电表进行相移检测的新方法、在理论上推导出了与这一测量方法有关的光纤中光信号传播速度的定量关系式、列出了实验研究结果。We discussed the rationale of measuring light signal propagation velocity in optical fiber according to the optical waveguide theory firstly. And then, we put forward an original measuring method on the theoretical basis of the exclusive-or gate circuit and Double-oblique Integral digital meter, and got the quantitative equation being related to the method above through theoretical deduce. The results of related experimental study were listed in this article.
