摘  要:研究高温胁迫对珙桐叶片生理生化指标的影响,结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,叶绿素和可溶性糖的含量降低;而游离脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量增大;相对电导率增大;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性在胁迫2h时稍微增大,以后随着胁迫时间的延长其活性降低。通过以上几项生理指标的测定表明:离体珙桐叶片能耐39℃的高温胁迫2~4h。Effects of high tempereture stress on physiological and biochemical indicators of Davidia involucrata Baill leaves were investigated. The result showed that, with the prolongation of the stress time, the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar decreased, the contents of the free-proline and malonaldehyde increased,and the value of the releative-conductivity increased. The activities of erythrocuprein, peroxidase and hydrogen peroxidase increased slightly during first two hours, then decreased after two hours. The measurement of the above biochemical indicators indicated that,the in vitro leaf of Davidia involucrata Baill could endure the high temnerature of 39°C for two to four hours.
