吉林省对朝鲜贸易的现况及对策

摘　　要：吉林省作为中朝边境省份,同朝鲜的经贸合作是吉林省发展外向型经济的重要组成部分。2000年后吉林省对朝贸易发展起伏较大,进出口商品结构也发生了一定的变化,同时存在着贸易规模小且在全国的比重趋于下降、贸易结算难等一系列问题。加大吉林省对外开放度并积极开拓朝鲜市场、不断壮大对朝贸易主体、鼓励企业对朝投资、开展多种形式的贸易是进一步扩大吉林省对朝贸易的关键。Jilin is a border province of China. The economic and trade cooperation with North Korea （DPRK） is an important part of its export-oriented economy. After the year 2000, however, Jilin-North Korean trade has fluctuated frequently, and the structure of import and export commodities are changing. Meanwhile, problems such as shrinking trade scale, declining proportion in national foreign trade, overdue trade settlement still exist. The following measures will be the keys to promote the trade between Jilin and North Korea： to continue to open Jilin to the world and develop the market in North Korea; to strengthen the import and export enterprises; to encourage investment to North Korea, and carry out various trading forms.
