摘　　要：库恩的范式理论不仅为研究科技哲学提供了新的理论平台,而且也为研究社会发展提供了新的视角。中国现代化的曲折历程,实际上也是新旧现代化实践范式发生替代与转型的过程,特别是改革开放的出现对中国现代化发展意义重大,它实际上启动了中国社会主义现代化实践范式的转换,使现代化的手段与目的、工具理性与价值理性在中国的现代化实践中逐渐走向统一。科学发展观是当前实现这一转换的理论指导。Thomas Kunn＇s Theory of Paradigm not only provides a new platform for the study of scientific philosophy, hut also offers a new angle of view for the further research of social development. The hard experience of China＇s modernization is in fact a process of paradigms replacement and transformation. China＇s opening-up begins the paradigm of socialism in modern times and gradually unites the means, purposes, instruments and value-orientations of modernization in practice. Scientific Outlook on Development is the guiding theory for the realization of present paradigm transformation in China.
