摘　　要：晚清义赈对近代中国灾荒救济事业产生了重大影响。它在晚清救灾中扮演了重要角色,强烈地冲击了中国传统的救荒体制,使民间广泛地参与到灾荒救济中来,有力地促进了中外合作救灾新局面的形成,并最终促使中国近代赈灾体制得以初步确立。此外,它还极大地激发了中国人民的爱国和参与社会公益救助的热情。The Charity Relief （Yi Zhen） in the late Qing Dynasty had a significant impact on the famine relief cause in modern China. The traditional system of famine relief was greatly shaken and a wider participation of civil society in famine relief appeared. Yi Zhen had effectively promoted the formation of new prospects for the cooperation and ultimately made the modern system of famine relief in China established. In addition, it has inspired Chinese people＇s patriotism and enthusiasm to take part in social welfare assistance.
