摘  要:采用胶砂强度试验,研究了几种激发剂对不同粉煤灰掺量的胶砂试块强度的影响。结果表明:激发剂掺量在0~2%之间,激发剂的掺量越大,激发效果越好;在低掺量粉煤灰体系时,硫酸钠和二水石膏3d和7d效果好,氯化钙28d效果明显,其他几种激发剂效果稍差;这是由于体系中掺入的硫酸钠、二水石膏和氯化钙,增补了体系中SO42-和Ca2+,对钙矾石和氯钙复盐的生成有利,同时也有助于粉煤灰活性的激发。在高掺量粉煤灰体系时,试块3d强度提高不大,7d时硅酸钠和硫酸钠的效果比较好,28d硅酸钠的效果最明显,其他几种激发剂效果稍差;这是由于硫酸钠和硅酸钠水解后生成NaOH,使液相中的OH-增多,粉煤灰在碱性环境下,玻璃体结构发生解聚重组,生成了具有三维网络状结构的无机聚合物。The effect of Na2SO4, CaSO4·2H2O, CaCl2, NaESiO3, CaSO4 excitated cement specimen with different amount of fly ash were studied. The result shows that when the amount of activators is between 0 to 2%, the compressive strength enhance with the amount of activators was increased.when the cement with low amount of fly ash, the impact of Na2SO4 and CaSO4· 2H2O is better in 3 and 7 days than other activators, the effect of CaCl2 is better than other activators in 28 days;Na2SO4, CaSO4·2H2O and CaCl2 offer SO4^2- and Ca^2+ for the system, which can hasten the build of AFt.when the cement with large amount of fly ash, the impact of Na2SO4 and Na2SiO3 is better than other activators in 7 days, the effect of Na2SiO3 is best in 28 days;Na2SO4 and Na2SiO3 hydrolyze in the system and produce OH , in this alkaline environment, the structure of fly-ash disengage and recombine, which produce norganic compound with three-dimensional structure.
