摘  要:综合分析了国内外水泥标准中矿渣和粉煤灰的最大限量,以及我国水泥标准中混合材料最大限量的制定依据,结合国内外掺加矿渣粉和粉煤灰混凝土碳化性能的研究结果,认为在现浇混凝土结构中,P·I型硅酸盐水泥中活性掺合料的最大限量宜为:粉煤灰40%;矿渣粉60%;两者混掺55%,且粉煤灰掺量不宜大于30%;其他种类硅酸盐水泥中的混合材料含量应计入掺合料掺量中。每立方米混凝土用水量:单掺矿渣粉时不宜大于185kg,单掺粉煤灰或粉煤灰与矿渣粉混合掺加时不宜大于180kg。应大力推广使用P·I型硅酸盐水泥,尝试在混凝土中掺加一些非活性掺合料。The maximum limits of slag and fly ash regulated in both of national and abroad cement criteria are analyzed comprehensively, as well as the designing according of maximum limit of admixtures of cement criteria in China.Combining with national and abroad researching achievements of carbonization capability of concrete mixed with slag and fly ash, some conclusions came out, in the condition of site grouting concrete structure, the maximum limits for active P-I silicon cement are: fly ash 40% ; slag 60% ; mixing adding 55%, while quantity of fly ash is better less than 30%;the content of admixtures in other types of silicon cement should be counted in the total quantity of admixture.Water quantity per cubic meter is less than 185 kg when mixing slag merely,less than 180 kg when mixing fly ash merely as well as mixing fly ash,slag at the same time.It is commended that P-I type silicon cement should be popularized,and be tried to add some non-active admixtures in concrete.
