摘  要:利用脱硫石膏在不同温度下制备的半水石膏代替部分水泥作胶结剂进行了试验研究。在石膏与水泥(1:1)的配合比条件下,以120、140、160、180℃条件下制备4种不同类型的半水石膏,灰砂比0.20、0.25和0.30,尾矿质量百分数60%、65%和70%进行交叉组胶结试验。试验表明:在灰砂比和尾矿质量百分数相同条件下120℃制备的半水石膏胶结性能最佳;在相同温度制备的石膏灰砂比情况在尾矿质量百分数65%以上符合充填条件;在3种尾矿质量百分数条件下灰砂比0.25以上符合充填要求。以半水石膏代替部分水泥作为胶结剂与尾矿胶结用于尾矿回填,既解决了脱硫石膏带来的环境问题,又降低了尾矿充填成本,符合矿山及电厂清洁生产要求。Some experiences were conducted on half water gypsum partly substituted concrete as cementing.In gypsum and cement rate ( 1 :l ) under the allocated proportion condition, by 120,140,160,180℃ conditions under prepared four kinds of different types half water gypsums, the cement proportion to 20% ,25% and 30% ,the tailings density of 60%,65% and 70% carried on the overlapping group cemented experiment.Experiences indicate: in the ashes with the debris density same condition under obtains 120 ℃ preparations half water gypsum performance to be best. Then over 65% tailings density may meet backfilling demand on the same cement proportion condition,over 25% cement proportion may meet backfilling demand on the same tailings density.Separately cemented uses in the debris backfill take the different half water gypsum with the ce- ment as the main cementing agent and the debris, both has avoided some power plants the environment question which the abandons gypsum bring to, and decreased backfilling cost, conformed to the mine and the power plant clean production demand.
