摘　　要：IEC61850是新一代数字变电站自动化系统的核心技术之一。详细介绍了变电站配置语言(SCL)的语法结构,在此基础上,提出了IED的SCL文档配置工具的设计思路和实现方案,通过该工具可方便地实现SCL文档的配置和编辑浏览。并且对XML文档和数据库之间数据存取作了详细的说明,对配置工具的内部工作原理作了简单的阐述。IEC 61850 is one of key technologies of the new substation automation system. This paper introduces the syntactic structure of Substation Configuration Language （SCL） in IEC 61850-6.Base on the above, a method to design and implement configuration tool for SCL document is presented. Using the configuration tool, the configuration and browse of SCL document can be conveniently realized. The data access between XML files and database is expatiated, and the internal work theory of configuration tool is expounded.
