摘  要:扶余油田是一个已开发40多年的老油田,先后经历了3次大的井网调整,井距和排距变小,综合含水率上升速度加快,目前有的区块含水率已经达到95.3%,给油田上产和稳产带来很大困难。油田的区块由多个以水井为中心的注采井组组成,要想改善区块的开发效果及提高采收率,就要从井组入手,针对不同的井组采取不同的措施来改善井组的开发效果,从而达到改善区块整体的开发效果。以典型井组排块为例,通过对动、静态资料的充分分析,找出了井组目前存在的问题,对一些措施与对策分别进行可行性论证研究,最后筛选出调剖应在二次采油高含水率开发阶段实施,以此来减缓井组的三大矛盾,进行层内挖潜,控制层内局部强水淹,控制综合含水率上升速度,从而达到井组稳产的目的,为老油田稳产上产和高效开发积累了宝贵经验。Fuyu Oilfield has developed for 40 years. This oiffield has three times adjustment of well patterns with a small well spacing and the distance between rows. The watereut increases very fast and the watercuts in some blocks have reached 95.3%, which brings many difficulties for stable production and watercut control. One block is composed of some well groups, which has a injection well at centre. In order to improve the developing effect and get a good recovery factor, it is a good way to research the well group first. Different well groups must take different measures. This paper takes a typical block as an example, analyzes the dynamic data and static data and finds out the problems existed in well groups. In order to resolve these problems, we study the feasibility measures and take the profile control as a main measure to slowdown the three contradictions, tap the potential, control the watered out in partial layer and control the watercut rising velocity, which hits the target of stable production and provides priceless experience for improving or stabilizing the production of old oiffield.
