摘 要:为了方便油井投产和管理,解决抽油机井因油稠、砂卡而不能正常生产及电泵井能耗高的问题,优选了地面驱动螺杆泵开采方式,建立了新技术应用示范区。考虑到原油物性、开采需求等因素,研究出对难采井、长停井、需求大排量井等采用杆柱扶正、泵下加装单流阀、电磁及变频调速控制、工况测试诊断及生产参数优化设计等技术,并将其有机地组合在一起配套使用。现场生产数据分析表明,在示范区使用该配套技术,螺杆泵井能有效延长油井的检泵周期,降低故障发生率,从而有效地降低了油井生产费用。目前,该配套技术在地面驱动螺杆泵井的使用中处于领先水平,适合推广应用。In order to facilitate oil production and management for solving the problems that oil wells can not be normal producing due to the oil thick and the high energy consumption of electric pump well, this paper selects the oil production manner by the ground driven screw pump and builds an example area for new technology application. Based on the oil physical property and oil production requirement, we study the technologies such as large-displacement centralizer, the installation of pumps under the single-flow valve, electromagnetic frequency and speed control, the diagnostic testing of operating status and production optimization of the design parameters aimed at the difficult well and long stopped wells, which are put into use organically. The production data analysis shows that the use of matching techniques makes screw pump wells effectively prolong the pump cycle, reduce the failure rate, effectively save the cost of oil production. At present, this matching technology maintains the leading level in the use of ground driven screw pump wells. The technology is mature and suitable for popularization.
