摘 要:介绍了抽油机井工况分析技术的基本计算原理及功能,并根据桩西油田油藏类型多样性的实际情况,以区块单元为单位改进了工况管理图的编制,提高了工况分析的准确度。桩西油田3a的应用实践表明,该技术能十分清晰、完整、直观地区分不同工况特点的油井,为油井措施和维护方案的制定,特别是为低产低效油井管理难题的解决提供了思路。同时,该项技术能使采油工程技术人员及时发现、分析、处理油井故障,使抽油井的工况更加趋于合理,实现了油井长期稳定生产,提高了油田的经济效益。This paper introduces on the basic calculation principle and function of diagnostic technology for rod-pumped well condition. Based on the actual reservoir condition of Zhuangxi Oilfield, the improved management figures are drawn taking the block as unit to improve diagnostic analysis accuracy. The three year's application of diagnostic technology in Zhuangxi Oilfield proves that this technology can distinguish the well with different feature clearly, intuitively and entirely, which can provide thought for drawing up oil well measure and maintenance project, especially for solving the problem of low producing and poor efficiency well management. This technology can make the oil production engineer found, analyze and settle in time the oil well breakdown, realize long-time and stable production and improve oilfield economic benefit.
