摘  要:多重耐药菌的出现造成抗菌药物有效性下降。可移动遗传元件整合子被认为是导致耐药基因在细菌间水平转移的重要原因。以往对整合子的研究主要集中在革兰阴性菌中,但是近年来在革兰阳性菌中也发现了I类整合子。本文就革兰阳性菌中整合子的研究进展做一综述。The efficacy of antimicrobial agents decreased significantly because of the emergence of multi-resistant bacteria. The integron located on mobile genetic elements was found to be an important factor that results in the horizontal transfer of the resistance genes between bacteria. Previous researches on integron mainly focused on gram-negative bacteria, but in recent years, the integron type I was also found in gram-positive bacteria. In this article, the research progress of integron in gram-positive bacteria was reviewed.
