益寿永真合剂对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠睾丸增殖细胞核抗原表达的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究益寿永真合剂(YSYZ)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠睾丸增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响。方法:48只SD大鼠(♂)随机分为4组,每组12只,即空白对照(生理盐水)、衰老模型(1g.kg-1.d-1)及YSYZ高、低剂量(12.5、6.25g.kg-1.d-1)组,连续5周sc给药,比较各组大鼠睾丸PCNA阳性细胞率及血清睾酮含量。结果:与衰老模型组比较,YSYZ高、低剂量组PCNA阳性细胞率显著增高(P<0.01);YSYZ高、低剂量组血清睾酮含量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:YSYZ可延缓衰老大鼠生殖功能的退化,具有一定的延缓衰老作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of Yishou yongzhen（YSYZ） mixture on PCNA expression in testis of D- galactose- induced aging rats. METHODS： Forty- eight male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups（12 in each group）： blank group（normal saline）, model group（1g·kg^-1.·d^-1）, YSYZ low dose group（6.25 g · kg ^-1· d ^-1） and YSYZ high dose group（125g·kg^-1·d^-1） .After treatment for five consecutive weeks, the expression level of PCNA in testes and serum concentration of testosterone were measured. RESULTS： In YSYZ- treated groups（high dose group and low dose group） compared with the control group, PCNA positive cell rates increased significantly（P 〈 0.01） and the testosterone con- centration increased significantly as well（P〈0.05） .CONCLUSION： YSYZ mixture has proved antiaging effects in that it could delay degeneration of reproductive function in aging rats.
