摘　　要：目的:建立青阳参分散片溶出度的测定方法,为其质量控制提供方法和参数。方法:以水为溶出介质,转速为100r.min-1,以高效液相色谱法在259nm波长处测定每片样品中青阳参苷元的溶出量。结果:3批青阳参分散片的溶出度基本一致,45min累积百分溶出总量均能达到90%以上,且重现性良好。结论:青阳参分散片的质量能达到2005年版《中国药典》要求。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the determination of the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets so as to provide method and parameters for quality control of this kind of tablets. METHODS： With water as dissolution medium in a rotating speed of 100 r · min^-1, the dissolution of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets was determined by HPLC at a wavelength of 259 nm. RESULTS： Similar dissolution rates were obtained for 3 batches of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets, with accumulative dissolution rates of all samples at 45 minutes reached above 90%, and a good reproducibility was noted. CONCLUSION： The quality of Qingyangshen dispersible tablets is up to the standard stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2005 Edition）.
