循环经济发展中的天津金融生态建设研究

摘　　要：促进循环经济发展,加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会是新时期我国党和政府为实现可持续经济发展提出的明确目标和指示。构建良好的天津金融生态也就成为实现并服务循环经济与可持续经济发展的必要条件和重要职责,这也是当前天津区域经济发展的必然选择。文章从金融生态的基本内涵出发,分析了金融生态对循环经济发展的影响作用,最终为服务天津经济发展的金融生态建设与完善提供可行性建议。It is our country＇s definite target and instruction in new era to promote the development of cyclic economy, building resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, which was brought forward by the central leaders. Thus constructing healthy Tianjin financial ecological environment has becoming essential conditions and important responsibilities for realizing and serving cyclic economy and sustainable economic development, which is also an essential choice for the regional development in Tianjin. Starting from the basic definition of financial ecology, this paper first analyzed the performance and characteristics of interaction between financial ecological environment and cyclic economy development and then discussed the necessity of construction of financial ecological environment to developing cyclic economy. At the end the paper provides certain feasible suggestions for construction and perfection of financial ecological environment which worked for Tianjin economic development.
