摘  要:分析贾河水质现状,指出该研究区域的主要污染物为COD、NH3-N、TP。根据其水质功能类别及水质目标,利用一维水质模型和污染源集中概化理论计算出水体纳污能力。在此基础上提出了总量控制对策,对超过最大允许纳污量的污染物进行削减,使削减后的污染源排放的污染物达到排放标准。最后提出可保证总量控制目标实施的具体措施及污染物防治对策,为该水域水资源保护与管理提供依据。Analyzing the status of water quality in the Jiahe River, the main pollutants COD, NH3-N, and TP of the study area were identified. According to the water quality target, the function of the water body and specific conditions of the Jiahe River, the river's water environmental capacity was calculated with a one-dimensional water quality model and the pollution source schematized as a concentrated pollution source. Based on this, the strategy for controlling the total amount of water pollutants was put forward, and the pollutants that surpass the water environmental capacity must be cut down, so that the pollutants from the discharge points fall below water quality standards. Finally, because of the special conditions of the Jiahe River, concrete measures to guarantee the implementation of the total amount control are proposed, and so are strategies for pollution prevention. The basis for water resource protection and management of this water area are provided.
