摘 要:介绍了新型格栅填料式催化裂化待生催化剂高效汽提段技术在广州分公司1号催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。该技术以提高汽提效率为目标,着眼于加大气固接触面积、提高气固接触效率,在汽提段内放置了5层格栅填料内件,在汽提段中部、下部设置了两段汽提蒸汽。应用该技术后,与应用前相比,在原料油变重和总汽提蒸汽用量下降25%的条件下,待生催化剂焦炭中氢质量分数下降了35.7%,以焦炭中氢质量分数为3%~6%的水平来看,该技术处于国内先进水平。The high-efficiency novel grid stripping technology developed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation (LPEC) was applied in No. 1 FCC unit of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company. The technology features high stripping efficiency, increased gas-solid contact area and improved gas-solid contact efficiency. Five layers of grid internals were installed inside the stripper and stripping steam is provided at middle and lower sections of the stripper. The results before and :after revamping show that even when the feedstock became heavier and the stripping steam requirement was ,reduced by 25% , the hydrogen in coke on the spent catalyst was reduced by 35.7%. The 3% -6% hydrogen in ,coke indicates that this technology is the front-end technology in China.
