寨根类型裴李岗文化石磨盘初步研究

摘　　要：寨根类型裴李岗文化是中原地区裴李岗文化的一个新的地方类型,流行使用一种用粗砂岩制作的厚重石磨盘。根据考古发掘和新近的文物普查资料,对寨根类型石磨盘分为片状石磨盘、鞋底状石磨盘、长方体石磨盘三型,它是一种兼有谷物脱粒功用和粗淀粉加工功用的复合工具,在中国早期农作加工史上占有重要地位。Peiligang culture of Zhaigen style is a new sort of regional culture in Henan province, where it was a popular practice to use one kind of stone quern made of coarse sandstone. Based on the archaeological excavation and recent cultural census data ,the stone quern can be classified into three groups ： flake-shaped group,sole-shaped group, and cube-shaped group. It is a composite tool which can be used both for grain-threshing and for crude-starch processing, occupying an important position in China＇ s history of grain processing.
