抑抗汤治疗免疫性不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抑抗汤治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:测定患者治疗前后血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)、宫颈黏液抗精子抗体(AsA)改变情况及观察患者妊娠情况。结果:抑抗汤使AsAb、AsA不孕症患者在治疗后转阴,并有促进妊娠的作用,治愈率达52.08%,与对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:抑抗汤对免疫性不孕症有良好的治疗作用。Objective：To observe the clinic effectiveness of Yikang tang for the treatment of immune infertility. Methods：Antisperm antibody （AsAb） levels in serum and in cervical mucus were assessed before and after treatment, increase of pregnancy was recorded after treatment. Results： Besides negative appearance of AsAb in some patients with infertility, Yikang tang promoted pregnancy with the statistically higher effective rate of 52.08% compared with that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Yikang tang has satisfactory curative effects on immune infertility.
