摘  要:目的了解镉的雄性生殖毒性机制。方法雄性SD大鼠皮下注射CdCl2(含镉0.5、1.0和2.0mg/kg)染毒,观察镉对性腺和附性腺的影响。结果中、高剂量染镉组的大鼠体重、附睾、前列腺、精囊和睾丸重量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),且有明显的剂量-效应关系;中、高剂量组的睾丸、附睾、精囊和前列腺的脏器系数分别显著低于对照组和低剂量组(P<0.05);低剂量组的精子含量和活率显著低于对照组、畸形率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);中剂量组的精子含量显著低于低剂量组、畸形率显著高于低剂量组(均P<0.01),且无活精子;高剂量组无精子。结论镉对性腺和附性腺具有明显的毒性。To understand cadmium toxicity on sexual gland and accessory glands,24 SD male rats were divided into four groups,i.e.low,middle,and high dose groups,into which cadmium chloride were injected subcutaneously with the doses of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg Cd/kg respectively,as well as control group.The results showed that the weight of epididymis,prostate,seminal vesicle,testis and body weight of rats in the middle and high dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).A doseresponse relationship between the dose of cadmium and the weight of sexual and accessory glands was found.The organ coefficients of testis,epididymis,seminal vesicle,and prostate in the middle and high dose group were significantly lower than those in the control and low dose group(P<0.01) respectively.The sperm concentration and viability rate in the low dose group were obviously lower than those in the control(P<0.01),and the malformation rate was inverse.The sperm concentration in the middle dose group was significantly lower than that in the low dose group(P<0.01) and its malformation rate was significantly higher(P<0.01),and no viable sperm found.There were not any sperms in the high dose group.Therefore,this study demonstrated that cadmium could result in sexual and accessory glands damage in rats.
