摘 要:解磷菌广泛存在于土壤中,它能有效提高植物对土壤磷的吸收,并具有环境友好性和可持续性。采用无机磷固体培养基从盐碱地羊草根际土壤中分离出两株具有耐盐碱能力解磷菌,编号为C111和C141。经生理生化指标测定和MIDI细菌鉴定系统鉴定,C111是乙酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobacter-calcoaceticus),C141是近平滑假丝酵母(Candida-parapsilosis)。C111和C141在NBRIP培养基中培养6天溶磷量为70.1mgL-1和67.2mgL-1,在不同pH值及盐浓度条件下,均保持较高溶磷量。在不同碳源和氮源条件下,C111和C141的溶磷能力变化很大。Phosphate solubilizing micro-organisms (PSMs) are ubiquitous in soils and could play an important role in supplying phosphorus (P) to plants in a more environmental friendly and sustainable manner. Salt-tolerance phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were isolated using inorganic phosphorous solid culture medium from leymuschinensis rhizosphere. On the basis of its physiological characteristics and MIDI analysis, the bacteria were identified as Acinetobacter-calcoaceticus (C111) and Candida-parapsilosis (C141). C111 and C141 cultured 6 days in National Botanical Research Institute's Phosphate (NBRIP). Amount of P solubilized of Clll and C141 was 70.1mg L^-1 and 67.2mg L-1.Two bacterial strains were able to solubilizle triealcium phosphate in NBRIP broth in the presence of various salts and pH. The strains showed varied levels of phosphate solubilizing when the effects of different sources of nitrogen and organic energy sources were examined during growth.
