摘  要:以高粱(Sorghum vulare")熊杂9号"为试材,采用不同浓度LaCl3溶液浸种,研究稀土元素镧对其萌发过程的影响.。实验结果表明,5~40mgL-1LaCl3能够提高高粱种子的发芽率(0.1%~8.7%)、发芽势(1.6%~10%)、发芽指数(2.0%~16.7%)、活力指数(9.1%~31.7%)、贮藏物质运转率(0.7%~4.0%)、贮藏物质消耗率(0.8%~6.0%)和芽长(-11.6%^-17.4%)及根长抑制指数(-3.3%^-22.9%)。10mgL-1LaCl3是影响高粱种子萌发指标的显效剂量。Effects of La (Ⅲ) on germination of seeds (Xiong Za No.9 Sorghum ) was studied. In the test, the Sorghum seeds was soaked in the solutions of eight different concentrations of LaC13 and neutral solution as control group (CK). The results showed that, treated with 5-40mg L-1 of La (Ⅲ), the germination trends and percentage were promoted by (1.6%-10%)and(0.1%-8.7%). The germination and vigor index were remarkable promoted by (2.0%-16.7%)and(9.1% -31.7%).The storage reserve loss rate(0.8%-6.0%), the storage reserve transform rate(0.7%-4.0%), the inhibition index of shoot length (-11.6%-17.4%) and root length (-3.3%-22.9%) were also promoted. The optimal concentration of La (Ⅲ) was 10mg L-1.
