摘 要:目的了解植物乳酸杆菌CGMCC NO.1258表层黏附蛋白(IMP2)在同肠上皮细胞(Caco-2)黏附作用中的机制。方法在制备和鉴定IMP2的多克隆抗体的基础上,同EPEC进行竞争黏附肠上皮细胞中,采用体外抗体阻断的方法检测IMP2对植物乳酸菌CGMCC NO.1258黏附作用的影响。结果多克隆抗体能够有效抑制植物乳酸菌CGMCC NO.1258对肠上皮细胞的黏附,并且导致EPEC对Caco-2细胞黏附的增加。结论IMP2在植物乳酸杆菌CGMCC NO.1258同肠上皮细胞黏附中发挥着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of the surface adhesive protein of Lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC NO. 1258 on adhering to the gut epithelial cell. Method On the basis of the preparation and identification of the polyeional antibody of IMP2, the role of IMP2 in the adhesion of Lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC NO. 1258 was tested by blocking the protein with the antibody in the competitive adhesion to the gut epithelial cell with the EPEC. Result The adhering role of the Lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC NO. 1258 was inhibited by the polyclonal antibody, which resulted in the increase of the adhesion of the EPEC to the epithelial cell. Conclusion IMP2 played important roles in the adhesion of Lactobacillus plantarum CGMCC NO. 1258 to the gut epithelial cell.
