摘 要:目的探讨同步检测抗-HCV和HCVRNA可否提高HCV感染的检出率。方法对275例各类肝病患者用第二代试剂盒和逆转录聚合酶链反应分别检测血清抗-HCV和HCVRNA。结果抗-HCV阳性率为28.45%(66/272)、HCVRNA阳性率为33.53%(56/167)。全组抗-HCV和(或)HCVRNA总检出率为32.73%(90/275)。275例中,单检抗-HCV者阳性率为12.04%,单检HCVRNA者阳性率为25.58%。而同步检测抗-HCV和HCVRNA者的阳性率为53.23%(66/124),显著高于单检者的阳性率(P<0.05)。Objective To study whether the detectable rate of HCV infection may be increased by simutaneous detection of anti-HCV and HCV RNA. Method The second generation kit and RTPCR were used to detect antiHCV and HCV RNA in sera in 275 patients with liver diseases respectively. Results The positive rates of antiHCV and HCV RNA were 2845%(66/272) and 33.53%(56/167) respectively. Of 275 cases, anti-HCV and/or HCV RNA were positive in 90 cases. The total positive rate of HCV infection was 32.73%. AntiHCV was detected alone in 108 cases and the positive rate of antiHCV was 12.04%(13/108). The positive rate of HCV RNA detected alone was 25.58%(11/43). Anti-HCV and HCV RNA were detected simultaneosly in 124 cases and the overlapping positive rate of anti-HCV and/or HCV RNA was 53.23%. It was significantly higher than those in anti-HCV or HCV RNA detected alone. Conclusion The detectable rate of HCV infection was elevated significantly when anti-HCV and HCV RNA were detected simultaneously.
