不同饲养条件对鸡新纹状体神经细胞树突棘的影响

摘  要:①目的研究不同饲养环境对鸡新纹状体(MNH)神经细胞树突棘的影响。②方法选择刚孵出的WhiteLeghorn鸡20只,随机分为两组,对照组同笼群养,实验组隔离饲养,7d后,其脑神经细胞发育基本成熟,将其处死并灌注固定,采用5%LuciferYelow对MNH神经细胞进行细胞内染色,并用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜进行扫描观察,对神经细胞树突棘进行分类、测量和统计分析。③结果实验组中各种树突棘的茎径平均值较对照组大(t=5.956,P<0.001);且实验组中S型和M型树突棘茎径与对照组比较,差异均有极显著性(t=4.25,5.11,P<0.01),T型树突棘长度也较对照组大(t=4.26,P<0.01)。④结论社会接触和相互学习能影响脑MNH神经细胞初期的发育成长,提高其兴奋性突触后电位,提高突触间的传递效率,并能促使M型。Objective To study the effects of different rearing conditions on the shape of dendritic spines. Methods Twenty newly hatched white Leghorn chicks were divided into 2 groups. After 7 days of birth when the central nervous system became mature, the chicks were killed and fixed. 5% Lucifer Yellow was used for intracellar staining. MNH cells were observed under CLSM and analysed statistically. Results The mean diameter of dendrite neck(Dn) in experimental group was greater than that of control group( t=5.956,P<0.001) , and the diameter of M spine and S spine as well as the length of T spine were significantly greater than that of control group( t=5.11,4.25,4.26,P<0.01) . Conclusion Social contact can stimulate the growth of MNH neural cells, improve the excitatory postsynaptic potential and the transmission efficiency among synapses and stimulate the convertion of M spine, S spine to T spine.
