健康人血清CK-MB水平与心室碎裂电位的相关性及意义

摘　　要：①目的观察健康人血清肌酸激酶同功酶ＭＢ（ＣＫ－ＭＢ）与心室碎裂电位（ＶＦＰ）切迹数（Ｎ）的关系，探讨诊断心肌局灶性轻微损伤的方法。②方法选择２０～７１岁的健康人１３０例，用ＵＶ－２６０型紫外分光光度仪检测血清ＣＫ－ＭＢ，ＲＭ－８６型八道生理记录仪与ＳＣ－１６型紫外光线记录器匹配检测ＶＦＰ，并计算Ｎ．用Ｆ检验和相关回归方法进行统计学分析。③结果ＣＫ－ＭＢ及ＮＶＦＰ在各年龄组之间差别均无显著意义（Ｆ＝２．１６３８，２．４１０１，Ｐ＞０．０５）；其中２０～２９，３０～３９岁组的ＣＫ－ＭＢ与ＮＶＦＰ呈高度正相关（ｒ＝０．７８２４，０．７１０３，Ｐ＜０．００１）；４０～４９，５０～５９，６０～７０岁等３组，随着年龄增大，相关性逐渐减弱（ｒ＝０．５１０４，０．３５２８，０．３２９１，Ｐ＞０．０５）。④结论健康青年人血清ＣＫ－ＭＢ与ＮＶＦＰ呈正相关。Objective To observe the relationship bewteen serum level of creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme MB (CK MB) and the number of ventricular fractionated potentials (N VFP ) in healthy subjects and discuss the criterion of diagnosis of dot minilesions of myocardiam. Methods 130 healthy subjects aged from 20￣71 were included in the study. CK MB was determined with UV 260 ultraviolet spcetrophotometry and N VFP with 8 chanal biophysiological recorder and SC 16 ultraviolet recorder. Results The levels of CK MB and N VFP in different age groups showed no significant differences( F=2.1638,2.4101,P>0 05 ). A high correlation between CK MB and N VFP was obrerved in 20～29 ( r=0.7824,P <0.05) and 30～39 years groups( r=0.7130, P <0.05). The correlation indexes became smaller and not siginificant with the increase of age in 40～70 years groups ( r= 0.5104, 0.3528, 0.3291,P >0.05). Conclusion There was a positive correlation between serum CK MB and N VFP . Measurement of serum CK MB and N VFP might be used for diagnosing fresh and old myocardium lesions.
