消粉刺美容皂安全性的研究

摘　　要：①目的探讨消粉刺美容皂的安全性，并为产品应用提供实验依据。②方法应用豚鼠皮肤急性毒性、刺激性、过敏性实验、家兔角膜刺激实验和人体激发斑贴实验，对消粉刺美容皂进行安全性评价。③结果消粉刺美容皂对完整皮肤未引起急性毒性反应；单次应用实验皮肤未出现水肿和红斑反应；经致敏接触和激发接触，消粉刺美容皂组皮肤致敏率为０；消粉刺美容皂对角膜有可逆性轻度刺激；人体激发斑贴实验的致敏比例＜１／２５．④结论消粉刺美容皂对皮肤无刺激性和急性毒性反应。Objective To study the safety of anti acne cosmetic soap and provide experimental data for usage of anti acne cosmetic soap. Methods The safety of anti acne cosmetic soap was evaluated by acute toxicity test, irritation test and allergic reaction on the skin of guinea pigs, by irritation experiments on eyes of rabbit and provocative patch test on human body. Results Anti acne cosmetic soap had no acute toxicity reaction. Single test didn't cause swollen or redness of the skin. The allergic reaction rate of anti acne cosmetic soap was 0.It had mild reversible irritation on rabbit eyes. The provocative patch test on human body showed that the hypersensitive ratio of anti acne cosmetic soap was <1/25. Conclusion The anti acne cosmetic soap has no irritative, allergic and toxic effcct on skin of guinea pigs. It was a weak hypersensitivity agent.
