正常成人颅底大动脉血流参考值的TCD检测

摘　　要：①目的探讨颅底动脉血流速度随年龄、性别等因素的变化规律，以利于建立不同年龄、性别正常成人颅底大动脉血流参考值。②方法以ＴＣＤ检测５２１例正常成人颅底大动脉的平均峰流速（Ｖｍ）、收缩期峰流速（Ｖｓ）、舒张末峰流速（Ｖｄ）和脉动指数（ＰＩ）。③结果多数动脉血流速度随年龄增高而下降；同年龄组多数动脉血流速度女性高于男性；同名动脉左右两侧血流速差异不显著；大脑前循环动脉血流速度高于后循环；多数动脉ＰＩ小于１．④结论正常成人颅底动脉血流速度随年龄。Objective To study the relationship between blood flow velocity and age and sex in order to build up blood flow parameters for normal people of different age and sex. Methods The average peak velocity(Vm), peak velocity at systolic stage(Vs), at end diastolic stage(Vd) and pulsation index(PI) of basicranial artery were detected with TCD in 521 normal people. Results The blood flow velocity decreased along with the increase of age.At the same age group, the blood flow of females were greater than that of males. The bilateral blood flow of the same artery was not significant different. The front cerebral circulatory system had higher velocity than that of the back circulatory system. PI<1 was seen in most arteries. Conclusion The blood flow velocity of adult basicranial artery changes along with the age and sex.
