摘　　要：文章介绍了莱钢集团棒材厂年产100万t棒材生产线的生产工艺流程及设备配置情况,重点介绍了该生产线打破传统工艺设计,用较少的投入、较短的时间,顺利完成了生产线的工艺设计、设备选型、设备安装、试生产、周达产最好历史记录。对新建棒材生产线有较好的借鉴、指导意义。The paper introduces the process and equipment of the one-million-ton production line of steel bars of the Steel Bar Plant of Laiwu Steel Group, specifically the break of traditional processes and the successful achievement of process design, equipment selection and installment, test production and best weekly production in the history with less investment and in shorter period, which may be of referential and guiding significance for building new production lines of the same kind.
