彩色多普勒超声检测技术在轴型皮瓣设计中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:利用彩色多普勒超声检测技术设计轴型皮瓣,确保皮瓣的血供,提高皮瓣成活率。方法:在传统设计方法的基础上采用TOSHIBA,aplio-9.XUALOKA-5500彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)及彩色多普勒能量图(CDF)技术对10例轴型皮瓣内动脉血管的数目、管径、走行方向、血管质量及分支分布范围进行检测,根据检测结果再次设计皮瓣并转移覆盖创面。结果:本组皮瓣10例均成活良好,外观满意。结论:经彩色多普勒超声检测技术再次设计皮瓣,使皮瓣设计更科学、准确、安全、无创。Objective：Using color doppler ultrasound detection in the technical design of axial flaps to ensure that the flap blood supply, improve skin flap survival. Methods： In the traditional design method based on the use of TOSHIBA, aplio - 9. XUALOKA- 5500 Color Doppler Flow Imaging （CDFI） and color Doppler Energy （CDF） technology on the 10 cases of axial pattern skin flap in the number of arteries, diameter, course and distribution of the direction of the scope of testing, according to test results once again design flap and transferred wound coverage. Results： 10 cases of flap survival are good, the appearance are satisfactory. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound detection technology designed to flap, flap design so that more scientific, accurate, and safe non-invasive.
