摘 要:通过分析熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)引弧过程中焊丝与工件接触处的加热过程,建立了GMAW接触引弧时间预测计算模型,并实验验证了该计算模型的准确性和可靠性.结果表明:引弧时间不仅与焊丝的热性能和电性能有关,而且与焊丝直径、引弧电流和接触电压有关;基于预测模型计算的引弧时间与实验所得引弧时间基本一致,该计算模型具有一定的准确性和可靠性,为进一步认识GMAW引弧机制以及对焊接电源引弧阶段的合理设计提供指导.The prediction model of gas metal arc welding(GMAW) ignition time was established and the equation of calculating ignition time was obtained. The result shows that the ignition time has relationship with not only the heat and electric characteristic but also the wire diameter, ignition current and ignition contact voltage. The calculating ignition time is consistent with experiment ignition time and the result proves that this calculating equation has rather veracity and reliability. This model can provide the guid- ance and advice to understand GMAW ignition process and to design reasonable power source.
