摘 要:利用Matlab/Simulink软件耦合Chemkin程序以及电磁场有限元工具对均质混合压燃(HCCI)自由活塞式内燃发电机(FPLA)建立仿真模型,分析了不同负荷和燃空当量比下FPLA的可变压缩特性,以及系统效率和输出电功率.结果表明:FPLA能够根据负荷灵活调节压缩比,以拓宽内燃机的运行范围;在高压缩比下能够大幅提高内燃机的效率与输出功率.Matlab/Simulink, Chemkin as well as the finite element method (FEM) were used to investigate the performance of the novel development of HCCI free piston linear alternator (FPLA). The effects of various resistance loads and equivalence ratios were studied. Based on the above analysis, its efficiency as well as output electrical power was presented. The simulation results show that the FPLA has a buildup nature to change the top dead center (TDC) according to loads. It can widen the operation ranges of IC engine and optimize the overall efficiency and power by increasing the compression ratio. The research results are helpful for understanding its working mechanism and the designing process.
