摘 要:以Dow Chemical USA公司产通用聚苯乙烯为例,将系列材料的特性参数近似为其特性参数分布,采用Plackett-Burman设计构造所需材料,用注射成形数值模拟软件分析材料充满同一型腔时所需的最大注射压力,并以此评价材料注射成形工艺性能,分析材料参数对成形工艺的影响.结果表明:在GPPS系列材料的流变特性和压力体积温度特性中,Cross-WLF模型中的参数D1和A1对最大注射压力的影响较显著;Cross-WLF模型中的n和τ*以及双域Tait修正模型中的b2s和b3s对最大注射压力的影响较显著;熔体密度对最大注射压力有一定的影响.The technical property of polymer in plastics injection molding was studied by the influence analysis of materials performance parameters on the pressure at end of fill, which is characterized as the molding technical property. The analysis was processed in the series materials of general purposed polystyrene (GPPS), in which the materials properties distributing was developed approximately from materials database of commercial numerical simulation software (Moldflow) for GPPS produced by Dow Chemical USA. During the numerical simulation experiment process, it is necessary to construct the materials based on the materials properties distributing to analyse the technical property, and Plackett-Burman design(PBD) was introduced to reduce the times of experiment. The results gave out the main parameters which should be the leading material properties in the process of material choice and process drawing of injection molding.
