同种异体骨板结合可吸收防粘连膜在腰椎间盘突出症手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨同种异体骨板结合可吸收防粘连膜在腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗中的应用及临床疗效。方法对104例腰椎间盘突出症患者行椎板切除减压髓核摘除术,并结合应用同种异体骨板及可吸收防粘连膜,定期临床随访。结果104例均获得随访,随访时间10个月～4年,平均2.6年。参照NAKAI疗效分级,疗效评定优14例、良80例、可10例,优良率90.4%。结论应用同种异体骨板结合可吸收防粘连膜并椎板切除减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,疗效良好。Objective To investigate the application and clinical effect of allogeneic bone plate and absorbable membrane in surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 104 eases with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with laminectomy and removal of nucleus pulposus,meanwhile applied allogeneic bone plate and absorbable membrane. All patients were regular follow-up. Results All the 104 eases were regular follow-up,ranged from 10 months to 4 years,averaging 2.6 years. According to the Nakai scale,excellent results were achieved in 14eases, good in 80 eases,improved in 10 eases .The rate of excellent and good results was 90.4%. Conclusion Allogeneie bone plate and absorbable membrane had good results in surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
