摘 要:通过建立非线性有限元模型,用有限元软件对套管的承载能力进行分析。对套管的变形形态与地应力作用大小、应力范围之间的关系和非均匀地应力的求解进行了研究。用ANSYS中的非线性弹簧单元模拟地应力的作用,并建立了套管受压损坏后的有限元模型,对套管的整形修复过程进行了分析模拟,得到了在大港油田现有条件下可修复的套损套管范围。建立了套管修复后的力学模型,对套管再次受压变形损坏进行了预测,并与首次变形的计算结果进行了对比。The casing load-carrying ability analysis was analyzed by the FEM software and the way of the establishment of nonlinear FEM. The relation between the deformation shape of casing and the areas and subjected to ground stress and the theory solution of non-uniform in-situ stress were analyzed. By using nonlinear spring element of ANSYS instead of ground stress, the damaged casing model was built and the casing's repairing process was simulated. Then Da-Gang Oilfield well casing range which can be repaired were gained. The repaired casing model was built, and the analysis of the casing re-deformation under stress was given. The results were compared between the first and second deformations of casings.
