摘 要:设计了一种用于螺杆泵采油系统的无动力源液压制动装置。该装置利用螺杆泵采油系统停机时产生的反扭矩驱动液压泵,由液压力驱动油缸产生制动力。采用单向超越离合器作为液压泵的传动件,使螺杆泵采油系统在正常工作时,液压制动装置不起制动作用,在螺杆泵采油系统停机产生反扭矩时驱动液压泵工作,使液压制动装置产生制动作用。建立了该制动装置的数学模型,并对其进行了仿真研究和试验研究,结果表明,无动力源液压制动装置的工作特性符合螺杆泵采油系统的实际工况要求,并具有结构简单、能耗降低、成本低的优点。A non-powered brake device was developed for screw pumping system. The reactive torque liberated during screw pump shutdown was used to drive hydraulic pump that produced braking force to drive braking cylinder. Overdrive dutch was used as transmission of hydraulic pump to keep screw pumping system in normal running, with braking device not activated. While, during the shutdown of the pumping system, reactive torque force was liberated to drive the cylinder, thus braking device was activated. A calculation model was established for the braking device and the study on its simulation and test was made. The result showed that the nonpowered brake device could meet actual working condition for screw pumping system, which features simple in structure, low energy consumption, and low cost.
